Knowing how cats generally feel about water, I'd leave it be. She'll get it out eventually. She's been through a lot just now and doesn't need any more stress.

Do not bathe in water until her until she's finished suckling the kittens....that's several weeks from now. You can take a wet washcloth -- no soap -- and wash her off. Let the wet cloth soften the dried material before wiping her down.
